Job Role:
Planning & achieving agreed sales target, Supervising & Training, Visual Merchandising, Security and Store Hygiene, Admin & Commercial issues, Reports/ MIS, Inventory/Stock management & Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing the operations and merchandising strategy which is highly challenging due to the numerous variables involved.
- Monitor, track and evaluate sales data to ensure satisfaction of sales objectives.
- Develop and execute action plans for increased market share and profitability.
- Recruit, train and support sales and operations personnel.
- Monitor cash flow, sales performance, inventory control, cash & sales receipts and records.
- Track and monitor market trends and competition periodically
- Designing the operation's service level agreements and processes with a customer centric focus to ensure smooth operations and customer delight.
- Planning and controlling the operations resources.
- Improving the performance of operation by continuously monitoring and improving the overall performance of the operations. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (SCM, Marketing, IT, HR and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, new store planning and business expansion including key initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
- Managing financial management, planning, systems and controls.
Gross salary around $4000 + Company car + Housing allowance + Airfare + All expat benefits
