Job Profile:

Implementing activity based cost accounting system in hospital
Ensuring maintenance of the cost accounting records
Monitoring all cost audit on half yearly basis
Projected profit & loss statement on quarterly basis
MIS reports inc. utility cost statement; intermediately cost centres statements ( OT, ICU & Ward etc.) on monthly basis and analysis
Variance analysis and finding the reasons
Executing Doctor Wise/Procedure wise/Channel wise Profitability Statement upto the PBT Level
Execute region wise/ channel wise revenue analysis, analysis of per bed cost/day
Preparation of ICU & Ward cost analysis along with the Profitability analysis
Preparation of procedure cost analysis and profitability analysis
Utility cost analysis, Channel wise sales analysis, Doctor wise revenue analysis
Analyze business plan , feasibility study and suggest best possible option to higher management
Conduct material cost analysis at service & procedure level
Monitoring the Budgetary control measure with actual and take corrective action on monthly basis
Steering physical verification of inventories i.e. store consumables, pharmacy & medicine on quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis
Initiate cost saving project i.e. store consumption analysis, re-structuring of store consumption policy etc.
