Job Purpose :
To support brand growth by conducting timely and error free analysis of industry trends, consumer insights, market competitiveness with the objective of enhancing brand market share, sales volume, and visibility.
Job Role:
Brand Building & Planning
- Initiation / Ideation of ideas based on brand/pack initiatives for target areas
- Get budget Approval / allocations
- Planning of visibility drive & outdoor media for the region & execute the same as per annual business plan
- Develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top and bottom-line targets for the brand.
- Develop platforms of communication for the brand that can be best suited for the product.
New Product Launch
- Planning for new product launches in new and existing categories, basis consumer requirements and category dynamics
- Track products till stabilization
- Creation of retail level merchandising material li,e window displays, dealer boards, in-shop branding, poster & danglers etc
Coordination with Creative & External Agencies
- Agency Management for overall brand esthetics like Social Media, Digital PR, Brand Website, Strategy & Creativity, E- Commerce, CRM & Loyalty Clubs, Review Management, New Product Packaging & Trade Activation
- Coordinate with creative agency with assistance on brand communication & company perspective
- Continuously brief them on the ongoing & forthcoming events/activities
Market Research & Data Analysis
- Monthly decode data on the basis of volume, value & distribution and Evaluate the brand performance over a period of time
- Understand the category dynamics
