Role :
Head of Marketing will create organizational value by providing the vision, leadership and strategy to strengthen company’s dominant position in the category and strive to lead it to Numero Uno position in the country
He will be responsible for developing a dynamic content strategy that is line with Company’s vision to drive performance and increase engagement. His primary focus will be on driving growth by conceptualizing long-term brand strategies, developing annual business plans and driving in-market execution. He will contribute to the P&L by driving top line and managing marketing spends in consultation with key stake holders.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible for the evolution of marketing strategies along with communication development for the target consumers through relevant mediums and implementation of the same effectively & efficiently.
- Will own the organization’s vision and develop high quality marketing strategies to lead the organization into becoming a preferred brand for the consumer
- Translate the strategy into actionable goals for the offline and online marketing teams and lead them to achieve them, in close collaboration with the Sales & Distribution team.
- Increase visibility and build the company into a dominant brand, including the development of a consistent message integrated across all programs, promotions, products, and services.
- Work with the R&D teams during new product development to conduct feasibility studies of proposed products, identify customer needs, and directly oversee the launch of new products, promotions and messaging, monitoring competition, and receiving customer feedback.
- Manage outside agency resources effectively, including branding, packaging, advertising, public relations and corporate communication efforts to capitalize on brand presence opportunities.
- Consistent generation of insights from Consumers to facilitate development of an engaging brand strategies
- Own and drive all shopper/consumer-led Activations and micro-marketing activities through collaboration with sales teams.
- Build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives, and for driving sales.
- Support and drive sales in close partnership with sales leadership and trade marketing function to ensure seamless implementation and execution of marketing programs.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Ensure that the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior and competitor's activities to identify opportunities
