Job Profile:

Responsible for spearheading the Modern Trade business for Key Retail Chains in Kenya reporting to Head of MT.
Responsible for handling Key accounts and front Strategic decisions which involves, ToT discussion, Joint business planning, Planogram discussion and closures.
Responsible for Promotion planning, budgeting, promo evaluation and utilize the key learnings for better planning.
New product launch, NPI closures with accounts and activations around it.
Responsible for maintaining/gaining Shelf Shares for key accounts while tracking the account metrics regularly to avoid share loss.
Achieving annual & quarterly business plan targets whilst protecting the gross margins and controlling trade spends.
Develop merchandizing excellence tool to effectively manage and monitor a team of merchandisers
Regular Market visits to understand the customer and market behavior and plan action accordingly.
Sign annual Joint Business Plans with key customers for short and long term growth opportunities.
Holding regular review meetings with Client while ensuring that client delivers the plans.
Competition Tracking and Strategizing to ensure share gain at SKU level

Desired Profile:

Atleast 7+ years of hardcore FMCG experience out of which 2+ year in managing Key Accounts in Modern Trade
Should possess excellent communication & man management skills
Top performer with a history of sales achievements in previous & current assignment
Aggressive & a go getter who is always ready to take up challenges

Compensation:

Net Savings upto $1500 (Negotiable on CTC) + Fully Furnished Family accommodation + Airfare for Family + Car + Food (Local Salary) + School Fees + Insurance + All Expat Benefits
