Job Profile:

Managing Company’s Infrastructure Security Framework, ensuring information security design, Implementation and monitoring in compliance with TCRA security guidelines and ISO27001.
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for ISO 27001 Certification
Support for Managed Services -Pre sales, Implementation and Support for Network Architecture and Information System solution designs
Establish and/or maintain an information security strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives to guide the establishment and/or ongoing management of the information security program.
Establish and maintain an information security framework to guide activities that support the information security strategy.
Integrate information security governance into corporate governance to ensure that the information security program supports organizational goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain information security policies to guide the development of standards,proceduresandguidelinesinalignmentwithenterprisegoalsandobjectives.
Develop business cases to support investments in information security.
Identify internal and external influences to the organization (e.g., emerging technologies, social media, business environment, risk tolerance, regulatory requirements, third-party considerations, threat landscape) to ensure that these factors are continually addressed by the information security strategy.
Gain ongoing commitment from senior leadership and other stakeholders to support the successful implementation of the information security strategy.
Define, communicate and monitor information security responsibilities throughout the organization (e.g., data owners, data custodians, and end users, privileged or high-risk users) and lines of authority.
Establish, monitor, evaluate and report key information security metrics to provide managementwithaccurateandmeaningfulinformationregardingtheeffectivenessoftheinformationsecuritystrategy.
Ensure adequate coverage for the 24/7/365 environment so that the network infrastructure is running effectively at all times which includes continuous monitoring of all services, and ensuring that every reasonable effort is made to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.
Coach and mentor senior and junior technicians to ensure personnel are working efficiently and accurately as possible in a team oriented professional culture.
Coordinate the rollout of network rearrangements, and the installation of new equipment and facilities with support, minimizing customer impact and maximizing the productivity of Company resources.
Develop, refine, and document Company infrastructure, policies, processes, procedures, andassociatedsystemsrequirementsanddrivetheirimplementationanduse.
EnsureeffectiveutilizationofCompanyresourcesandoptimizeserviceperformance.
Work with Engineering and NOC teams to provide full support from operational perspective to networks, upgrade and augment quality of services (QOS) and service level agreements (SLA).
Drive team members /staff to monitor and resolve customer issues and accomplish objectives by being a role model to impress upon staff to be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, learn and create their own mechanisms for resolving issues and most importantly, communicate effectively with the ability to work in a team environment.
Plan projects, training, objectives, timelines, deliverables and milestones for the team

Daily routine activities

Ensure Information Security and policy compliance are maintained
Review of information security policies as and when required and mentor/train the team members
Advisory support for Managed Services (Design, Implementation & Support for ICT Infrastructure architectures)

Competency Required for Network Information Security & Central Support Manager

ISACA– CISM o rCISA certifications
Managerial skills in Information Security Management
Proven track record for team leadership
In-depth knowledge in following at ISP level
Computer Networking
Routing
Security
Quality of Services
Network Switching
TCP/IP
Protocols/ Ports
OSI
Bandwidth Allocation
Satellite Communication will be an added advantage
In-depth Knowledge in System’s Software atleast with
VMWare
Microsoft Windows,
Unix /Linux,
CISCOIOS
Telephony VoIP;SIP
CISCO Support

Desired Profile:

Bachelor of Technology (ComputerScience) degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent
20 years of professional experience in ISP or Enterprise environment involving a geographically distributed network including 2+Years of experience in Managing Information Security 10+years’ experience at the manager level or higher
Minimum Certified Information Security Manager certification(CISM) with strong knowledge and skills in Information security management, security incident detection and management with proven problem-solving track record and trouble shooting skills
Strong knowledge and skills in implementation of CISCO products with minimum certification like CCNA (security, Routing, switching and voice)
Ability to identify and analyse ICT infrastructure operational processes and then drive corrective/preventative action plans for optimum performance
Strong working knowledge of ISP operations, with minimal knowledge in IP, including IP network architecture, routing protocols, peering, satellite-based networks and related platforms
Experience in implementing hardware and operational growth plans including rapidly scalingcomputationalandnetworkbandwidthtohandleclientgrowth,continuousprocessimprovements.

Compensation:

Net salary in the range of $3000 - $3500 + Furnished Accommodation + Transportation + All expat Benefits
