Job Profile:

Responsible for complete store operations effectively managing the team and achieving the sales & expenditure budget of the store.
Plan & achieve margins to achieve bottom line
Responsible for meeting the sales targets and increasing the store sales by consistently achieving and surpassing Key Performance Indicators.
Implementing measures of cost control & developing new avenues for promoting the business.
To source and create the right assortment of products keeping in mind regional mixes and consumer demand
Inventory Management - Set norms for the category and product based on sales and supply efficiencies; Ensure safety stock & no 'Out of Stock' at store level
Damage Control & Quality Management
Analysing brand to brand business, top seller as well as Sell thru at Article levels
Visual merchandise to create in store décor for the running campaign and to promote festival sales
Ensure SOP adherence. Ensuring regular audits & reviews to meet desired standards.
Develop & maintain a motivated and enthusiastic team for achieving and exceeding targets.
Co-ordinating with team to maintain inventory as per MBQ and proper replenishments
Development and implementation of systems to control pilferage/shoplifting.

Desired Profile:

3+ years of Retail experience
Must be conversant on complete working of a retail store with clear understanding of material inward, outward, merchandising, placement etc
Should have decent knowledge of written and spoken English

Net Savings around $700 - $800 + Food + Accommodation + Transport + All expat benefits
