Job Profile:

Will be planning out all warehouse resources & activities in relation to company’s objective & targets. Keeping track of stock movement using SAP system, allocating space for storing materials & arranging space for managing additional requirements for festival stocks
Managing warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and taking strict corrective actions at minimum deviations
Enforcing best practices for Good receiving and issuing section and ensuring that company’s procedures and standards are strictly enforced
Scheduling periodical stock taking of warehouse on weekly basis, preparing shrinkage report and present to management
Analysing the areas of shrinkages and suggest ways to plug the gaps
Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods from the warehouse.
Maximizing space usage within the warehouse.
Looking after the transportation of goods into and out of the warehouse.
Responsible for reconciliation of stock movement i.e. Rtv internal store transfer.
Implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse.
Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from warehouse to stores.
Preparation of periodic, daily & monthly reports for Finance, Operations, and General Management

Desired Profile:

Candidates with 3+ years of Retail Industry experience in stock control/warehouse management
Should possess good analytical skills and be able to find the gaps in stock movement
Should be ready to commit long term association
Decent knowledge of written and oral English
