Job Profile:

Strategizing, formulating and implementing a detailed operation plan to optimize the utilization of equipment
Extending technical operation support to onsite activities
Steering efforts in identifying, listing and implementing reliability standards in operation practice
Implementing 5'sprocedureatworkplace
Maintaining quality of coal received and blending of the washed &unwashed coal for required dispatch coal
Working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall operations for ensuring timely completion
Administering production and implementing plans with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within cost parameters
Directing & instructing maintenance Technicians and monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources
Monitoring implementation & documentation of quality systems and managing techno-commercial activities relating to 0 & contracts and procurement of utility equipment
Deploying suitable manpower, materials and ensuring proper planning for timely execution of the projects
Managing a team and guiding site staff members to address & resolve performance bottlenecks
Effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various kind of equipment to increase the equipment uptime
Reliably accomplish the project targets
Dealing with OEMs, Vendors & Contractors and arranging training for O & M Personnel on regular basis to maintain the equipments in healthy condition
