Job Profile:

Determine production priorities by reviewing customer order requirements and production schedules; analyzing equipment, materials, and employee availability; coordinating schedules with sales and delivery date.
Provide coaching and development while overseeing quality of work.
Select, train, schedule, and discipline employees.
Determine efficiencies in scheduling and production.
Manage supply and materials inventory.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Determine system improvements.
Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review performance.
Achieve production deadlines and objectives.
Develop and achieve plant performance metrics including: safety, quality, cost, delivery and process improvements.
Responsible for problem solving, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking project management.
Quality control supervision of Production, Printing and other departments.
Implementing quality assurance programs, maintaining appropriate records and reports, and providing training to production team.
Overseeing production technicians and providing technical assistance when needed, such as maintenance and operating of high level technical machinery.
Identifying and supervising correction of line faults; troubleshooting in Production, Printing and other departments.

Desired Profile:

8+ years of commercial printing experience
Excellent hands on management & communications skills.
Ability to communicate and present confidently, clearly and expressively.
Ability to think laterally to create options and solutions.
Skilled negotiator, with proven experience in a commercial environment.
Good at written and oral English

Compensation:

Net savings upto $1500 - $2000 + Food + furnished accommodation + transportation + Airfare
