Role :
The profile will drive overall development and execution of the East Africa marketing plans for ACUTE Therapies, specially Antibacterial , Gastro, Anti allergics. He will assist in preparation of annual business plan, direct promotional campaigns, analyse and recommend new products with the objective of achieving sales objective within approved budget and driving the Market share of the company across East Africa.
Responsibilities (KPAs):
- Second In charge of marketing department EA, Collate and report market feedback, evaluate and recommend new strategies, for business.
- Get the Execution of designed marketing strategies through Field Force, Scientific Business Managers (SBM) and follow up with managers across EA. Rolling out the strategies to the Field Force of each country.
- Align the Marketing cost with cost of operation.
- Guides motivate and train the assigned SBMs under Marketing departments in EA countries.
- Procuring, Managing, and controlling all Marketing Inputs and resources with the help of assigned support staff.
- Liaising with Medical and IT department of HO and with leading KOLs of Acute therapies to utilize available inputs to design EA strategy.
- Drive launch plans for new products or solutions, ensuring right resources are deployed
- Always try to find new products and present project reports and feasibility.
- The profile works closely with AGM Marketing East Africa and Regional Heads
Support to Sales Team
- Work closely with sales team to understand market trends and needs, equip them with promo tools to engage with customers.
- Set clear targets to ensure brand growth and grab market share based on your strategies and regularly tracks performance of each country.
- Provide hands on support through field working with sales team. Travel widely to work in field with sales and marketing team in the assigned geographical region.
- Provide and arrange product training sessions for the sales team.
Net salary in the range of $3000 - $3500 + Other Expat Benefits
