Job Profile:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making. This may include evaluating investment opportunities, assessing the financial impact of business decisions, and providing insights into cost management.
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for its operations. This includes overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and working capital.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits. Ensure audit findings are addressed promptly and accurately.
Tax Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all tax regulations and manages tax planning to optimize the company's tax position.
Financial Systems and Technology: Oversee financial systems and technology infrastructure to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity in financial processes.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, and market volatility.
Financial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and long-term financial goals. Provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Desired Profile:

Education: CA/ ICWA with 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Sector. Experience in the steel industry or a related manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial analysis skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and reporting.
Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively, set priorities, and drive results.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate with other departments.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex financial issues and recommend solutions.
Integrity: High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
