Job Profile:

Understanding Business Requirements:

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

System Implementation:

Design and configure SAP B1 to meet the specific needs of the client.
Customize and implement SAP B1 modules based on business processes.
Ensure that the system aligns with industry best practices.

Consulting and Advisory:

Provide expert advice to clients on how to best utilize SAP B1 for their business.
Recommend solutions and improvements based on industry knowledge and best practices.
Guide clients on business process optimization using SAP B1.

User Training:

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use SAP B1.
Create training materials and documentation to support user education.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Perform system testing to validate that the configured SAP B1 system meets the defined requirements.
Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.

Data Migration:

Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to SAP B1.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing support to clients after the SAP B1 implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP B1 system.
Collaborate with technical consultants for more complex technical issues.

Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Document customizations and changes made to the SAP B1 system.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest SAP B1 features, updates, and industry trends.
Suggest and implement continuous improvements to optimize business processes.

Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Update project stakeholders on the progress of SAP B1 implementations.

Desired Profile:

SAP B1 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP B1 functionality, modules, and configurations. This includes proficiency in areas such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory management, production, and reporting.
Business Process Understanding: A strong understanding of business processes of manufacturing industry. The consultant should be able to analyze and map client business processes to SAP B1 functionalities, ensuring a seamless integration.
Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP B1 implementations, including project planning, system setup, data migration, and end-user training. Experience in managing the entire implementation life cycle is essential.
Customization and Configuration: Ability to customize and configure SAP B1 based on client requirements. This includes creating and modifying reports, forms, workflows, and user interfaces to meet specific business needs.
Integration Skills: Knowledge of integrating SAP B1 with other systems, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, e-commerce platforms, or third-party applications. Understanding of data transfer methods and middleware is beneficial.
Data Migration: Expertise in data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Ensuring data accuracy and consistency during migration is crucial for a successful implementation.
Troubleshooting and Support: Proficient in identifying and resolving issues during and after SAP B1 implementation. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide ongoing support to end-users are essential.
Training Skills: Capability to conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure they are comfortable using the SAP B1 system. Training should cover both basic functionalities and advanced features relevant to the organization's operations.
Continuous Learning: The SAP B1 landscape evolves, so a consultant should stay updated on the latest releases, patches, and best practices. Engaging in continuous learning and professional development is crucial to maintaining expertise in SAP B1.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex business scenarios, understand client needs, and propose effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for addressing challenges that may arise during implementations or in day-to-day support.
Project Management Skills: Basic project management skills to plan and execute SAP B1 implementations within defined timelines and budgets.
Communication Skills : Good command of written and spoken English besides Hindi
