Leading PEB Manufacturing Company at East Africa
ROLE:
The role would oversee and manage all sales activities related to PEB structures. The primary responsibility is to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the business across Uganda & East Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the target market segments.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and developers to generate leads.
- Conduct market research to understand the trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue targets.
- Set sales targets and goals for the sales team, and formulate plans to meet or exceed them.
- Determine pricing strategies, discounts, and incentives to maximize sales and profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, including technical assistance and project coordination.
- Identify key client segment like Consultants, Architects, Construction Companies etc and develop a strong relationship for business and referrals
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects by facilitating communication and collaboration between sales, engineering, and operations teams.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Manage documentation related to sales contracts, agreements, and proposals.
