Sales & Marketing :
- Initiate strategies along with directors to conduct in-store promotions, marketing activities using technical info & new product launches
- Conduct Team Training to enhance sales
- Initiate and devise a marketing campaign for both short term and long term brand development
- Introduce new products and launch successfully
- Build and develop relationships with retailer's in store staff to drive sales
Product Sourcing & Development:
- Responsible for sourcing, developing the entire range of products to fit in the retail stores (Bed linen, Bath Linen, TOB, Table & Kitchen Linen, Decors & Accessories) from identification of factories to managing entire process till goods arrive and are on shop floor for sales
- Work with creative team to devise packaging and ensure correct product info has been captured
- Making the buying plan for every season as per business plan in line with company’s budgets and cash flows
- Finalization of order qty, prices, colours, MOQ, lead time, container load ability.
Merchandising:
- Plan the In-Store Layouts and planogram
- Prepare product manuals, technical specifications to be used in displays of products to enhance customer knowledge
- Assist with visual merchandising ideas
