Job Profile:

Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the consumer electronics company. Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape to create effective strategies.
Product Launches: Coordinate and execute product launches for new consumer electronics products. This involves planning promotional activities, setting pricing strategies, and creating marketing materials to generate excitement and demand.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences within the consumer electronics sector. Conduct market research to gather insights and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the consumer electronics products. Ensure consistent messaging, visual branding, and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
Advertising and Promotion: Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital media, social media, television, and more. Collaborate with advertising agencies and creative teams to create compelling campaigns.
Digital Marketing: Leverage digital platforms to reach target audiences effectively. This includes managing social media accounts, online advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Retail and Distribution Support: Collaborate with retail partners and distributors to provide marketing support for in-store displays, promotional events, and point-of-sale materials.
Event Management: Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase consumer electronics products and establish connections with potential customers and partners.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing initiatives while ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, setting goals, and providing regular feedback to ensure the team's success.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and increase the visibility of consumer electronics products.
Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers by developing loyalty programs, gathering feedback, and addressing customer concerns to enhance brand reputation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations, especially those related to consumer electronics and technology products.

Desired Profile:

Post graduates with 4+ years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing preferably in consumer electronics
Should have clear understanding of data interpretation and consumer segments
Should be able to conceive and execute marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and contribute to the company's growth and profitability
Should be able to provide an insight to Sr Management on the marketing budget and its impact on the Brand and expected volumes after the marketing activity

Compensation:
