1. Production Management:
- Plan and coordinate production activities to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Optimize production processes to ensure efficient resource utilization and minimal wastage.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demand.
2. Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that the processed rice meets established quality standards.
- Regularly inspect products for defects and work with quality assurance teams to address any issues.
- Continuously improve quality control processes and procedures.
3. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage production staff, including supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel.
- Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and ensure that employees adhere to safety and operational guidelines.

4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
