Job Profile:

Plan, organize, direct and run operations smoothly with focus on profitability at all times
Develop and implement procedures and control systems to provide improved customer service.
Devise business strategies to generate sales and increase market share amongst major clients while scouting for new clients always
Leading efforts for streamlining sales and revenue generation in all market conditions.
Co-ordinate with team members to devise strategies to improve and maintain sales.
Ensure profitability while managing new clients and projects.
Plan and Execute for the Short/Medium and Long Range horizons
Controlling Cost through optimization of People, Processes, systems
Squarely meet and overcome operational challenges

Desired Profile:

8-10 Years in Steel industry with exposure to Sales, marketing & Administration
Addition knowledge of Building Material, Hardware, Electrical or related fields is big advantage
Should have good command over written and spoken English
Conversant with MS Office and SAP

Compensation:

Net Savings in the range of $2000 - $2500 (Negotiable o current salary) + accommodation, transportation, car, food, insurance etc to be borne by the company
