Job Profile:

Heading centralized IE functions for the Woven, Knit & denims division.
Will be management’s representative in the Plant and will gather all the information pertaining to Industrial Engineering from all the plants and report directly to MD
Will analyze product costing using the software & find out feasibility for bulk execution.
Analysis of the respective buyer techpacks/styles for product simplification thereby reducing the cost of manufacture as well as raw materials without affecting the aesthetic feature of the garment such as design, quality standards, buyer requirement etc.
Active involvement in Technical meetings with buyer / buyer representatives / technicians to ensure effective costing being done with ensuring buyer standards in garment construction & quality is being achieved.
Attending Risk Analysis Meeting prior to pattern development along with concerned technicians & pattern makers for product simplification for both confirmed as well as non-confirmed styles.
Maintaining standard database with software & documentation of best methods & their execution in respective factories.
Manpower Mapping as per plan across all departments
Responsible for achieving efficiency as per fixed targets in cutting, sewing, washing & finishing floors.
Troubleshooting & solving technical issues in factories during bulk production including washing plant.
