Job Profile:

Profitability estimates with analytics : Monthly. Quarterly, Annual and Strategic 5/10 yrs
Ability to create cost sheets for all steel manufacturing operations
System standardization, put in place common practices and cleansing data on regular basis
Finalization and submission of Cost Audit reports
Monitoring and support various cost reduction initiatives
Manage the organization-wide Business Plan and continuous monitoring & control the same
Support for organization's various initiatives under trade remedial measures
Contribute and coordinate for company's Annual Report
Review of plant cost sheets and add value to business by monitoring key KPI / Cost drivers
Evaluate Total Cost Model for all various inputs. Ability to cost different grades / value added products and arrive at the additional realization required for value added products
Drive business plan exercise for the company and build KPI for each of the business for tracking and control
Regular reporting the achievements against the Annual & Monthly Business Plan with major reasons for deviation to senior management.

Desired Profile:

ICWA/Inter CA/Inter ICWA with 8+ years of similar Cost Control experience in Steel Industry
Should be thorough with costing parameters, costing analysis and cost audit
Should have good interpersonal skills and be able to manage and guide the team
Good at Oral and Written English

Compensation:

Savings of around $2500 - $4000 pm + Food + Accomoodation + All Epat Benefits
