Will be spearheading sales for the region overseeing day-to-day sales, marketing and operations focusing on the long-term interests of the business. Pursues & drives existing and new business opportunities besides managing all functions like Sales management, employee performance, corporate management etc
Job Duties:
- Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
- Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets
- Monitor competitor products and sales
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
