Job Profile:

The incumbent responsible for Electrical Maintenance activities will look after practices across all the plants- RMHS, Sinter, Furnace, Power Plant, Oxygen Plant, SMS, Mills etc
To drive a robust and long-term reliability centered maintenance strategy & establish state of the art maintenance system and practices at minimum cost to support the Organization to improve shutdown, breakdown, spare planning, & assembly, machine utilization, plant compliance.
Contacting with suppliers and purchasing department to insure that all parts and materials required are on hand, and monitoring spare parts inventory
Planning, Initiating and carrying out projects that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
Ensuring that all corporate policies and occupational safety and health administration rules are performed when carrying out any maintenance functions
Preparing, supervising and participating at new equipment and production lines installations
Developing the electrical maintenance department by preparing and conducting training plans
Regular monitoring of the overall health of plant and equipment both in terms of availability and performance.
To ensure that the maintenance team works in coordination with the operations to make sure that their requirements are fulfilled, and the target production is achieved in a timely manner.

Desired Profile:

BE Electrical with 10+ years hardcore Maintenance experience with Steel Sector
Knowledge of the processes and equipment required to operate a Steel plant.
Spare & maintenance planning.
Knowledge of rotating as well as non-rotating equipment.
Sound understanding of equipment life cycle.
Complete understanding of Steel Plant operations

Compensation:

Net Tax Free savings in the range of Rs 2 .00 to 2.50 lacs pm (Negotiable on current CTC) + Food (Local Salary) + Accommodation + Transport + All Expat Benefits
