About Company:

Leading packaging company at Kenya having automatic plant for manufacturing corrugated cartons

Job Profile:

Fully responsible for entire production in corrugator & printing operations
Manage the manpower given to him to get the best productivity
Deploy manpower to the best interest of operations during the shift
Manage waste with his team
Managing documentation flow and material flow within the factory as per the direction given by the superiors
Managing the shop floor with proper organization of raw materials to be issued for production, semi-processed goods, finished goods, etc.
Keeping account for consumption of consumables and Inks and reporting to the immediate superior

Desired Profile:

Graduates with work exposure to Fully Automatic Plant for corrugated cartons
Must have 4+ years of experience in corrugated carton industry Should have knowledge of 5 & 7 Ply
Good knowledge on the process flow / material flow / printing / corrugation
Good at English

Compensation:

Net Salary of $1000 - $1500 per month + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical + Airfare + All Expat Benefits
