Job Profile:

Head overall operations in Wire Division comprising of production, maintenance, QC, projects & technical procurements.
Plan & detail specifications of all raw material & WIP for different customer orders in Wire Division.
Analyze and assess the daily production & consumption reports sent by all departments and attack areas of in-efficiency.
Delegate jobs to all departmental heads & manage them.
Review previous months production volumes and consumables report and set new target for next month.
Conduct routine meetings with all departmental heads of production, Maintenance & QC departments.
Liaise with suppliers and stores department for upkeep of spares and consumables.
Research on developing alternatives to present suppliers of consumables, spares, and equipment.
Conduct costings, suggest management on process effectiveness, and advice them on cost effective solutions / methods.
Conduct R&D and budgetary proposals for new projects and expansion plans and advise MD / management on feasibilities.
Conduct quarterly suggestion meetings with key members and forward valid points to the MD / management.
Work on various ongoing & upcoming projects in Wire Division & prepare feasibility reports.
