Job Profile:

Spearheading sales & business development and distribution operations in line with the company strategy for the region
Achieve monthly and yearly targets though the team and effective sales
Oversee sales collection, administration, and dealer network and customer service across the territory
Responsible for increasing channel footprint by appointing new dealers
Meetings Architects, Interiors, Project Consultants for business prospecting and company branding.
Managing depot sales & marketing operations for achieving sales target, implementing credit control policies.
Corporate business development by acquiring new customers in hospitality industry
Lead product sales and develop new business sales opportunities through both trade and consumer-direct initiatives for the full range of products like Foam mattress, spring mattress, orthopedic mattresses, bed sets, Tanks etc

Desired Profile:

10+ years of hardcore channel sales experience in foam / mattress / plastic tanks
African experience is preferable
Should have pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills
Good at English
Tech Savvy and fully conversant with MS Office

Compensation:

Net Salary around $3000 - $4000 (negotiable on current emoluments) + Accommodation + Car + All expat benefits
